Return Policy
- IQ Shield offers a 30-Day Return policy.
- Items must be returned within 30 days and include all packaging and contents.
- Returned orders must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before it is returned.
- IQ Shield will not pay for shipping costs to return an order and shipping fees charged are not refundable.
Return Instructions
- Contact customer service within 30 days of your purchase date. Customer Service can be reached at customerservice@shopiqshield.com. When contacting Customer Service include your name, order number and reason for return.
- Once we receive your e-mail, customer service will assign an RMA number specific to your return.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned to IQ Shield.
Please note that returns that do not have an RMA number will be rejected and shipped back to sender.
Once received, and processed by our Returns Department, credit will be issued back to your credit card minus any shipping fees. The credit should appear on your account within 5-7 business days after the return is received.

Lifetime Warranty Replacement
If you have received a defective product or if the film has become permanently damaged over time, we will happily send you a brand new IQ Shield screen protector or full body skin. The following are two methods to receive your replacement IQ Shield.
1. Fax or email us your replacement request.
- Print and completely fill out the Product Replacement Form.
- Fax or email the Product Replacement Form along with a copy of your invoice/receipt to

- Your replacement is free, but you will be charged a shipping and handling fee.
- In the case we require additional information to complete your request, you may be contacted by a IQ Shield customer service representative before sending out your replacement.
